About us
The Victoria Scottish Community Centre is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment where everyone can participate in a wide range of recreational opportunities regardless of age, ability, background and economic status.
Located in the beautiful community of View Royal on Vancouver Island, the Victoria Scottish Community Centre was built by the Victoria Highland Games Association which has hosted one of Canada’s largest Highland Games for 161 years. The VHGA manages the Centre and Craigflower Manor and property, and the Victoria Scottish Community Centre Society, a charitable society established by the VHGA, manages the Capital City Pipe Band.
